Privacy Enforcement Evidence Library

Cases, firms and official orders—without inflating the totals.

Methodology

Evidence-library totals, not all-time enforcement totals.

Counts and aggregates are calculated only from the verified case library updated September 16, 2026. Pending matters are excluded. Shared multistate totals appear once nationally and are not attributed in full to every state.

Money remains in original nominal currency. EUR, GBP, USD and INR are not converted. Revenue estimates are not used. “Current upheld or undisturbed” means no contrary status is stated in the case library; it is not independent re-verification.

Control boundary

Evidence supports review.

Kestryl/PDI can discover and inventory PII, produce audit rows and evidence packs, and apply approved Mask, Vault, or Strip modes to supported structured data. Source documents, scans, images, and attachments are discovered and evidenced but are not altered. Customer and counsel determine legal applicability and approve remediation.
