Profile before movement
Every supported object is profiled for data-quality metrics before integration, so the client sees the condition of the acquired data before deciding what enters the target org.
Fixed-Scope Integration · Salesforce · M&A
PDI profiles, protects, validates, and integrates the Salesforce data of an acquired organization into your production org — with a source-system signature on every record and daily synchronization until the acquired org is sunset.
2-WEEK IMPLEMENTATION · PRODUCTION STARTS WEEK 3 · NO DATA-VOLUME RESTRICTIONS
Pricing, timing, scope, and included operations are subject to the final signed statement of work and stated client-response assumptions.
The premise
Every supported object is profiled for data-quality metrics before integration, so the client sees the condition of the acquired data before deciding what enters the target org.
Addresses are standardized and verified, duplicate records inside the acquired org are identified, and PII is scanned across structured data and Salesforce attachments.
The prepared data is loaded into a Salesforce sandbox for client validation before the approved result is loaded into the production org.
Price & scope
The two-week condition
The two-week implementation and week-three production start depend on the client team answering every question and providing every required approval within one business day. Delayed access, answers, or approvals move the corresponding delivery gate.
Supported Salesforce objects
The fixed-scope offer supports the following Salesforce objects from the acquired org.
Scope discipline
Objects outside this published list, custom objects, additional acquired orgs, or external source systems are not represented as included. If required, they are confirmed separately in writing.
Data quality & privacy controls
Produce data-quality metrics for the acquired Salesforce data before integration, establishing a measurable baseline for client review.
Standardize address data and verify it before the approved records move to the client sandbox and production org.
Identify and resolve intra-org duplicate records before the acquired data is introduced into the production org.
Scan supported structured Salesforce data and attachments for personally identifiable information before client validation.
Three PII remediation forms
Remove the identified PII from the integration output when the approved remediation decision is permanent removal.
Replace identified PII with a protected representation when the record must remain usable without exposing the original value.
Place the original value in a controlled vault when future recovery is required, while keeping it out of the production-facing record.
Commercial distinction
The $50,000 offer includes the published PII remediation motion. The $25,000 offer does not include PII data remediation.
Two-week implementation
Approval SLA
The delivery calendar assumes the client team answers questions and approves submitted decisions or validation results within one business day. PDI does not impose a contractual data-volume restriction on the fixed-price offer.
Lineage by design
Every record loaded into the production org carries the acquired-org source-system signature, preserving origin after the organizations are brought together.
Daily synchronization jobs keep the production org aligned for 52 weeks or until the acquired Salesforce org is sunset, whichever happens first.
PDI White Glove
PDI operates the contracted jobs and daily synchronization motion.
Failures are automatically reported and tickets are created without the client filing them.
PDI service and support owns diagnosis, re-run, and operational resolution.
No additional White Glove service or operation fee for the contracted 12-month support period.
Next step
One discovery session confirms access, the one-business-day client approval path, supported objects, source signature, and the week-three production start.
