Golden records with governed cross-reference keys and auditability.
Your next Salesforce investment is only as good as the customer data underneath it.
Fragmented Accounts and Contacts stall Data Cloud, Agentforce and Revenue Cloud rollouts before they start. PDI creates governed golden records for Accounts, Contacts and Leads—written back into Salesforce and one downstream platform—in a fixed six-week engagement at a published price.
Fixed implementation: $50,000 USD • customer enablement: $50,000 USD • Informatica licensing separate

Three situations where this engagement pays for itself.
If any of these describe your Salesforce org today, the fixed-scope package is designed to resolve it without opening a multi-quarter program.
You are about to invest in Data Cloud, Agentforce or Revenue Cloud
The business case assumes a reliable customer record. Duplicate Accounts and inconsistent Contact hierarchies undermine the outcome before the first workflow is built.
Reporting and Salesforce disagree
The warehouse and the CRM produce different customer counts, and nobody can reconcile them because there is no governed cross-reference key between systems.
Manual reconciliation has become a standing cost
Sales ops, service and marketing each maintain their own workaround lists to compensate for records the CRM cannot resolve on its own.
Customer data should not slow down sales, service, analytics or AI.
Duplicate and inconsistent records create avoidable manual work, unreliable reporting and fragmented customer experiences. PDI starts with a practical Salesforce scope and delivers trusted records quickly.
Golden records with governed cross-reference keys and auditability.
Accounts, Contacts and Leads in the initial fixed-scope implementation.
Design, build, test, cutover and stabilization in one accelerated plan.
A focused Customer 360 foundation—not an open-ended MDM program.
The engagement establishes a production-ready mastering flow for Salesforce customer data while keeping the scope, timeline and commercial model clear.
Profile and baseline
Assess source data, identify duplicate patterns and confirm the fields, mappings and business rules required for the MVP.
Configure mastering
Configure standardization, match, merge and survivorship for the agreed Account, Contact and Lead scope.
Operationalize golden records
Read source records from Salesforce, write trusted records and cross-reference identifiers back, and publish to one downstream system.
Enable stewardship
Set up queues, dashboards, exception handling, operating procedures and knowledge transfer for business and technical stakeholders.
Master once. Use trusted records everywhere.
Salesforce remains the operational source. Informatica Customer 360 creates governed golden records. Trusted data is written back to Salesforce and shared with one agreed data warehouse or analytics platform.
- Single Salesforce org
- Up to two compatible Salesforce modules
- Accounts, Contacts and Leads
- Golden-record write-back
- One downstream feed—such as Snowflake or Databricks
Designed around reusable standard customer objects.
Account and Contact are shared standard objects across many Salesforce core clouds. PDI validates the selected module combination and Lead availability during discovery.
The fixed offer covers one Salesforce org and up to two compatible modules. Additional clouds, custom objects, sources or complex transformations are estimated separately.

What buyers usually ask.
Is Informatica software included in the $50,000 fee?
No. The fee covers PDI professional services for the defined implementation scope. Informatica C360/IDMC subscriptions and related infrastructure are purchased separately.
Can the offer include additional Salesforce objects or external sources?
Yes, through a separately estimated phase or change order. The fixed package is limited to Accounts, Contacts and Leads in one Salesforce org, with one downstream target.
Does Salesforce remain the system used by business teams?
Yes. The design reads agreed records from Salesforce and writes governed golden records and cross-reference information back to Salesforce.
Which Salesforce modules are supported?
The package is designed for Sales Cloud plus one compatible Salesforce core module in the same org. Account and Contact are broadly reusable standard objects; Lead availability and field compatibility are validated during discovery.
What can affect the six-week timeline?
Delays in access, licensing, mappings, business-rule decisions, test data or UAT sign-off may affect the schedule. Material changes to mappings, layouts, fields, data types, cadence or delivery method require schedule and commercial review.
Data foundation blocking your next product sale? Take it off the critical path.
You have a Data Cloud, Agentforce or Revenue Cloud opportunity that cannot move because the customer's Account and Contact data will not support it. The usual fix—an open-ended MDM scoping exercise—puts a six-figure services decision in front of your deal and stalls both. This package is built to avoid that.
Procurement-light by design
A published fixed price and a defined scope is approvable at a level that does not require a committee—so the data work does not become the gate your Salesforce deal waits behind.
Bounded scope, in writing
Inclusions, customer responsibilities and exclusions are published on this page. Your customer sees where the engagement ends before they sign, which is what keeps a services attach from turning into a renegotiation.
Salesforce stays the system of engagement
Governed records are written back into the customer's org. PDI is not displacing Salesforce in the account—the engagement makes the platform the customer already bought work harder.
You keep the relationship
PDI delivers behind your account team. You own the customer conversation and the close; PDI carries the delivery risk on the data foundation.
Turn fragmented Salesforce records into trusted Customer 360 data.
Start with a defined six-week implementation and a transparent fixed price.
